For the candy brand Frisia, we’ve brought their new mascot to life with the fun motto: "Dare to live the sweet life!" Meet their friendly new face an approachable gorilla who's all about spreading good vibes and sweet moments. You'll spot this cheerful character on Frisia's packaging, in their commercials, and anywhere the brand comes to life. The gorilla isn’t just a mascot it’s the face of the brand, ready to invite everyone to embrace the sweet side of life!

The Process

Creating a character that’s going to represent a huge brand and appear on countless packages is no small task. But honestly, we couldn’t have been more excited to take it on. Teaming up with the ad agency Serviceplan, we dove into the challenge headfirst. The brand wanted a gorilla character that felt both friendly and a little edgy, something that would mesh well with their new visual style. We explored tons of designs, balancing a stylized look with just the right amount of realism. One of the biggest challenges was getting the fur just right. It took some serious fine-tuning, but we nailed it in the end.
