Kenteken Wassen

Kenteken Wassen offered a seamless subscription-based car wash service where customers could clean their car simply by scanning their license plate. Although the project was postponed, we wanted to share our creative process and early test animations. We planned a full-scale animated commercial, and the client chose the Bad Car Day concept, where a character’s misfortunes kept making their car dirtier. This fun and exaggerated approach showcased the convenience of Kenteken Wassen and made for an engaging storytelling experience.

The Process

We set out to create a fast-paced, dynamic video for a live event, introducing characters that represented each department within Arrow. Each character had unique effects and a powerful entrance. Using 2D animation, we brought their faces to life and enhanced their arrival with vibrant particle effects, making both their introductions and transitions between characters even more impactful. The result was an engaging and cinematic experience that captivated the audience.
