Partical

Partical is a new platform for participative democracy, and they asked us to create an animation to support their acquisition rounds. The goal was to clearly and quickly show how Partical helps policymakers — highlighting both the challenges they face and how the platform makes drafting policies easier with resident support and collaboration.

The Process

For this animation, we had to bring a product to life that didn’t even exist yet. The challenge was to show how the app would work and what makes it valuable. We went with isometric visuals combined with front-view animations to highlight the app’s many features. Since most of the information was pretty abstract, we leaned on metaphorical visuals to get the message across. To keep everything feeling connected to Partical’s look and feel, we also wove in their visual elements throughout the animation.
